Arista Air Quality Maintenance Program

We at Arista Air Conditioning Corp. take air quality seriously. So seriously, we have radio dispatched crews who concentrate solely on preventative maintenance. And as the industry leader we provide dependable, cost competitive service and installations.

70% to 80% of all indoor air quality problems are ventilation problems. Common causes are poor filtration, stagnant water in drain pans, lack of fresh air, and insufficient air movement. When maintenance is done properly and professionally, all of these factors are addressed.

Arista know that properly maintained Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems run more efficiently, last longer and have fewer break downs. That is why we designed the Arista Air Quality Maintenance Program, an innovative firm-wide program that tracks and implements HVAC maintenance to save you time and money.

• Computer Generated, scheduled maintenance visits.
  Each month, dispatches are automatically printed by the computer for all upcoming preventive maintenance. Appointments are made at your convenience as requested. This helps to ensure that all maintenance inspections are systematically attended to.
• Specially trained maintenance technicians.
  Our belief in the importance of maintenance is so strong, we have trained our technicians specifically in the art of maintenance. Although it seems simple, maintenance is the most highly neglected aspect of our business. At Arista, we take it very seriously.
• Record-keeping.
  We are in the last stages of development in order to utilize bar-coding to track HVAC maintenance. By tagging all the equipment covered, we will be able to document all maintenance done including time spent, material used and additional work requested.
• 15 point punch-list of maintenance items.
  Each technician has a list containing 15 items that make up a true maintenance visit. These points are all performed and documented systematically.
• A proactive approach toward Indoor Air Quality.
